OUR EMPLOYEES “THE FACE & BODY OF CATER CARE”

To ensure we are well equipped to continue our strong growth, Cater Care has developed strong Human Resources strategies.

In the process of developing these strategies, our Senior Management together with State and Operations Managers consider what is happening “on the shop floor” and how we as a company, can continue to improve on the service and product we provide to our customers.

We are proud of the uniqueness of delivering a very personalised touch when servicing our customers and clients and in looking after our employees.

Our site based employees are the “face and body of Cater Care”; the ones who interact each and every day with our customers and clients; we owe much of our success to these employees, with their dedication, hard work and how they exemplify our core values of Care, Pride and Community.

“Growing our own” is a very important aspect of our Human Resources strategy, as these loyal employees are the foundation we rely on to build the future growth of our company. Their goals are identified through our employee appraisal systems, which are used to follow their progress in line with our succession planning.

The aim of Cater Care’s Human Resources Division is to develop and implement an in-house learning and development pathway – one which will service all facets of the Cater Care Group to ensure the future of our business is committed to providing a professional, inclusive learning culture that will enhance the skills and professionalism of our team.
At Cater Care, we provide our employees with exceptional opportunities to develop their careers, whilst having a true sense of proprietorship over the service they provide. This in turn delivers exceptional value to our clients and customers.

Employee retention plays a large factor in the success of our business. As we enter into our 11th year of operation, we have already celebrated with ten of our employees their 10 year service, with another twelve employees knocking on the 10 year door.

We thank these employees for their dedicated service to our company. It is with absolute pride that I have watched these employees grow with the company and be promoted to more senior roles along the way.

Without such dedication and commitment we would not be the company we are today.
