Having studied in France to obtain his Masters Degree in Management and a BA in Finance and Accounting, Herve has 21 years senior management experience providing executive, operational, strategic, financial, business and corporate development leadership to leading services companies.
Herve’s early experience included senior management positions in structured finance and corporate accounts for large financial institutions, notably Westpac Banking Corporation.
In 1996 Herve moved into operations management with the biggest global Food Service and Facility Management provider, to later become one of that company’s Business Development Directors in France.
In 2001 Herve moved within the industry, to one of the largest global Remote Site Support Services companies, in the role of Regional Manager in Africa then Management Control Director, being involved in large Oil and Gas projects in Africa, Asia and the Former Soviet Union.
2007 saw Herve further his experience as the Head of Corporate Development – Strategic Initiatives, and Managing Director Asia Pacific Region with one of the Remote Sites and Defence & Government Services’ major support service providers, notably in Iraq and Afghanistan but also Africa, and South East Asia, PNG and Australia.
With this wealth of experience and his management and leadership qualifications behind him, Herve joined the Cater Care Group in 2010 as Group General Manager Cater Care Services directing the day-to-day operations and business development of Cater Care’s Remote Site Support Services Division, further developing this division’s strategic plans and operating processes.
He has since been appointed Chief Operating Officer of Cater Care Services in October and will continue to lead the remote site support services division of the Group.
