Letters from the Executive Director

To All Team Members, Clients and Customers,

The recent launch of our extended values: Care Pride and Community, has led to an expansion in the way we view our business, our people and the diversity of the communities in which we operate.

Together with these values, we must consider what it is we offer that is tangibly different – something of value that defines how we act both internally and externally.

It would be all too easy to place ourselves as a participant in a crowded marketplace, offering competitive pricing and services in line with industry standards – in other words a “Me too” approach. However, we don’t fit into this category, nor does it drive the future expansion of the Cater Care Group.

It is our creativity and application at all levels of the company, that differentiates us in the market. It is important that we allow ourselves the opportunity to consider what we are doing; to evaluate it and search for alternatives and new ideas.

Creativity inspires and motivates people. It allows them the opportunity to contribute in meaningful ways, towards the overall success of the company.

In order to achieve this, we need to focus on four key areas:

  • The motivation to introduce change
  • The attitude that embraces new ideas
  • The capacity to focus on what is important
  • The techniques to ensure change is delivered effectively and constructively

As Cater Care evolves we must be prepared for our growth; innovative in our approach to customers and clients, and creative in how we approach each situation that arises.

In conclusion, I’d like to welcome Herve Lepelletier to the role of Chief Operating Officer for Cater Care Services.

I’m sure he will contribute greatly to the continued growth of our company.
