Mark Fortugno was appointed as a member of Cater Care Group’s executive team in November 2009.
Mark is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, The Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and bearer of the CPA designation.
Prior to this appointment, Mark filled key finance and taxation roles in Australia and overseas with big 4 firm KPMG and previously with leading construction and engineering firm SNC-Lavalin.
As the CFO, Mark manages the Group’s financial operations and controls, key contractual negotiations, corporate governance, oversees the continued efficiency and profitability of the organization, and accuracy of the financial reports.
Since his appointment, Mark has been instrumental in organising and providing guidance to achieve strong performance and continued growth.
