S.K., with a Masters Degree in Accounting and Finance and a Fellow of the Australian Society of CPA’s, is the key person to ensure the proper development of the company’s overall growth strategies, corporate structure, internal control, system development, capital structure and administrative efficiency.
In the eighties, S.K. spent substantial time with an international pharmaceuticals company, controlling the financial interest of the company’s operations in the whole of Asia-Pacific region. S.K. travelled extensively to countries such as New Zealand, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Korea.
In 1991 S.K. joined Fisher Catering Services as Financial Controller and made major contributions in building the company’s business. Fisher was subsequently sold and after that take-over, S.K. became the Chief Financial Officer of the merged group.
In November 1999, S.K., sharing the vision with the other owners, started Cater Care Australia aiming at providing a personalised service in the catering industry for clients and customers who are neglected by or not happy with the services of large international catering firms.
S.K. is also a Director of various other companies that have substantial investment in shopping centres, other commercial properties and residential property development in Australia, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Southern parts of China.
