January 2011 – Care, Pride, Community

Dear Employees, Clients and Customers of Cater Care,

During the last 10 years, we have very much been concentrating on the spreading of the “CARE” concept as our main drive – We Care For You.
We care for our clients, our customers, our staff and our suppliers. It is indeed this “CARE” focus that has led us to the success we have enjoyed in growing our Company.

During  this time, we have enjoyed so many successful moments that make us very proud of our achievements.  It is on this premise that we have decided to launch two other prime drives to complement the “CARE” focus.

The first one is “PRIDE”.

We are creative and we are knowledgeable. We want to utilise our individual skill and talent to make our services outstandingly different. Coupled with our “CARE” concept we will be able to deliver both service and product that we can be very very proud of.

We will find a much higher level of satisfaction if we aim at making ourselves proud of whatever task we want to complete.

Self-actualisation is a much higher level of motivation successful people like to aim for.
The mindset that any job is just another day’s work, is the wrong mindset.   Every task is important in completing the delivery of excellence, which Cater Care is always proud of.   It is so much more enjoyable for each individual to find that the recipient of our services  – whether that be client, customer or colleague – is so happy and satisfied with what is delivered as the final outcome.

The second one is “COMMUNITY”.

Community covers three areas: our internal community (colleagues), the external community (clients and customers and suppliers) and the broader community (region, state, nation and the globe).

In addition to utilising our individual skill and talent, we also want to work as a team; as a community in every one of our projects or locations. We care for our team members.

Remember team power is always more productive than the sum of individual efforts.
In each of our locations, we aim at creating a family community in that we prepare home-style fresh cooking and endeavour to understand individual needs and requirements.
Over the past years, in different parts of our organisation, we have initiated programs to help the community.

Programs to make and collect contributions after natural disasters, such as droughts, floods and bush fires. We have also created awareness programs such as recycling, energy saving, environmental care, indigenous care, health research, worm farms, etc.

We want to do more in more parts of our organisation as a social responsibility to our community.

Working together as a team, as a community we will make this “CARE, PRIDE, & COMMUNITY” even more successful than the “We Care For You” concept.
In a few years’ time when we look back, I am sure we will all be proud of what we have achieved.
