Key Policies

Environmental policy

Cater Care’s environmental policy has been shaped over a decade by a dedicated team with an ongoing commitment to building a more sustainable business. Under this policy, we work with clients to assess their environmental goals, and with communities to help solve broader issues. We make it easy for customers to be eco-friendly, and implement environmental practices at more than 100 sites nationwide. From water conservation to waste management and worm farms, our policy is constantly evolving and will continue to do so for many years to come.

Multicultural Policy

Cater Care owes its success to the efforts of a diverse, multicultural workforce. Every day we see the benefits, as we interact with clients and customers, integrate with communities, and embrace multicultural and indigenous employment. Making sure the cultural, religious and dietary needs of every individual are understood is vital if we are to deliver exemplary customer service. Our business depends on this service – and on the diverse team that provides it.

Food Policy

There is no set formula for good meals and menus. Largely, it depends on the individuals sat round the table, and their unique circumstances. At Cater Care, our first task is to listen carefully to our clients to establish the needs and preferences of their customers.

Often, we will try to add an innovative touch when creating a menu – a new way of looking at an old favourite dish perhaps. We understand the appeal of food that is familiar, but also the excitement that comes with trying something new.

We truly value client and customer feedback, and make it as easy as possible for these opinions to be heard. Regular food forums are held and staff are trained to listen and respond to customer comments.
