What are employees’ holistic needs? We can break these down into three health categories: physical, social and mental. Physically, people need healthy food, sufficient sleep and exercise.
Each year Reconciliation Australia produce a report to measure the impact of reconciliation activities;
“Knowledge and understanding are the foundations to increase respect of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and rights. RAPs work to embed the learning of histories and cultures of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Australians in the workplace. This, in turn, stimulates greater awareness, empathy, and understanding to make greater respect a reality.”
Cater care is one of more than 700 companies with an approved RAP. We are a proud contributor to promoting active engagement and building robust relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Australians.
